Border crossing

Blog: 4am Zzzzz ....Hello Starbucks VIA! Stir in a little Dominican Folgers and BANG!  Packed in the minibus like UT fans at the Cotton Bowl, we're headed to either Port-Au-Prince or St. Mark - about an hour from POP evidently refugees are pouring into this area and a new medical camp is needed to be  set up.   ...6 hours, and about 2,000speed bumps  later, we've finally reached the border - lots and lots and lots of huge trucks loaded with all kinds of dry goods and materials just sitting here in a bottleneck....as are we evidently.  Just another couple of hours (?) to our destination- God willing.

  3. When the Dramamine wears off and Starbucks is closed (Ha!), just look to the heavens and remember that you and your team are truely God's hands and feet on earth. Thank you for your dedication and committment to His Word; spreading the Good News through your abundant actions.

    You remain in our prayers,

  4. Dear Heart, I hope you can keep up your blog, but we will understand if you can't. You are in our prayers as we live out our days in different places, but united in Spirit. Please take care of yourself.
